It's Finally Melting
We hit the mid 60's yesterday and we are finally seeing the snow shrink. Back to cold this morning but the skies have cleared and with temperatures predicted to be in the 40's and 50's for the next several days it should keep melting a little each day. Hopefully by the time I get back from Michigan in a couple of weeks it will be pretty much gone.

I can only see a few distant patches of snow here today, Apple. You still have quite a lot!
ReplyDeleteYesterday's temps felt pretty good but the rain kept me indoors. My snowdrop blooms were open in the warmth, but they're closed again today. The wind is frigid!
I hope you have a wonderful trip to Michigan and come back feeling refreshed and ready to garden!
Enjoy your trip to Michigan. Our snow is gone and we have bulbs coming up - no blooms on mine yet. Soon I hope.
ReplyDeleteDoesn't it feel good to see the white crap finally going away? All this rain today should finish it of for good!
ReplyDelete~fingers crossed~
Have a safe and happy trip!
It's smart to take photos of the first places to melt so for those bulbs! I still can't believe you have that much snow!
