We went back to Kennedy Space Center today. On the drive over the draw bridge was up.
Of course I wanted to see what type of boat was going through and holding us up.
But wait! Did I just see a dolphin swimming by the boat? Yes, yes it was a dolphin!
I hope you didn't strain your eyes too much looking for it. I had to blow the photo up lots of times to be able to see the fin and I knew where to look. Ah, well. I have the memory.

nice! One thing we've never done is gone dolphin watching. It used to be a big thing to do when we lived in Long Beach, CA
ReplyDeleteBeen there done that, not the dolphin spotting but taking a photo that doesn't show what you remember. It's always frustrating, isn't it?
ReplyDeleteMary, I've seen dolphins swim with the boat on snorkel trips which was very exciting because they were so close. This is the first time I've seen one from shore.
ReplyDeleteJasia, Truth be told I miss more often than not. Frustrating it is!
Nothing better than getting to see dolphins frolicking. On one boat trip in Florida, they were riding the crest of the waves the boat pushed up. They always look like they're having so much fun!
ReplyDeleteSounds like a great trip.
